 Description: Supply of Hygiene and Dignity Kits to Multiple Locations

Dear Sir / Madam,

Relief International (RI) invites your submission of a Technical and financial bid to the supply of Hygiene and Dignity Kits to Multiple locations as per attached RFQ and Distribution list. RI seeks a company to deliver these supplies to Gadarif, Red Sea, Blue Nile, Khartoum and Aljazeera.

The below documents must be submitted in a hard copy in a sealed envelope for your Bid to be accepted by the Bids Opening Committee: before January 18^th, 2026, 03:30 PM local time.

• Legal registration to work in country of operation (company registration certificates) and Owner or CEO, Managers ID cards 

• Tax registration certificate and Trace Licence
• Supplier registration form  
• Supplier Code of Conduct

Award Criteria:

Bids will be evaluated based on the following weighted criteria:

Technical Specifications and Experience & past performance – 60%

• Conformity to RI technical specifications
• Successful samples review (samples will be requested from the top three bidders)
• Delivery lead time.
• Evidence of successful completion of similar works (Provide copies of signed contracts, POs, and completion certificates).
• At least 3 references from previous clients with contact details.

Financial Proposal – 40%

• Competitive and reasonable pricing (economically advantageous).
• Cost consistency across locations – please see attached distribution list
