Dear Sir/Madam,
The Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) invites qualified and experienced consultants to submit proposals for the Mid-Term Evaluation of the Collaboration Across Societies for Peace, Inclusion, and Resilience (CASPIR) Project in Sudan.

Summary of Assignment
NRC seeks an experienced consultant to assess the relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, and emerging outcomes of the CASPIR project to date. The evaluation will provide actionable recommendations to strengthen implementation and maximize project impact.
Deadline for Submission: 8th September 2025 @ 16:00 (GMT +2)
Contract Duration: As per the agreed consultancy period.
