NRC Gedarif office is seeking to engage service providers for manufacturing/ provision of below mentioned supplier and services for planned Tukul Construction in Um-rakouba, Gedarif Sudan. - Selection Criteria:
Interested suppliers who wish to submit their tender should meet the below listed requirements;
- Fair Price in comparison to NRC’s established rate
- Copy of a valid company license from relevant authorities
- Valid proof of tax payment
- Delivery Time (detailed Work schedule)
- Bid validity period (preferably 90 days)
- Bank account statement for the last 6 months.
- Company’s track record of similar works - Please attach awarded contract, PO or certificate of completion as an evidence
- Manner of Submission:
All bidders are requested to submit their sealed bid application to NRC Khartoum or Gedarif (addresses mentioned above) before the deadline; Companies that submit their application after the deadline will not be considered.
The bid opening will publicly happen by 24th October, 2021 at 10:00 AM at NRC Khartoum/Gedarif office with the presence of bidders` designated representatives who choose to attend; at this opening session, it will only be announced the name of the Bidder, the Bid Price(s) and if any discount was made but NO further information that will be disclosed at this session.
