Plan International Sudan is inviting qualified and competent, Freelance M&E , registered consultancy firms, to submit proposal for M&E training

Interested Consultancy firms, individual Freelance M&E consultants must submit the following documents:

1. Cover Letter,
2. CVs of the firm, team/individuals involved in facilitating the training with their CVs.
3. Technical and financial proposals to conduct the M&E training as per ToR.
