GOAL invites prospective suppliers to submit offer for THE SUPPLY, INSTALLATION AND COMMISSIONING OF 15 KVA GENERATOR TO EL FASHER - ND State as outlined in the RFO document and will be shared with the interested bidders 

GOAL Reference Number: G/S/ELF/X/1321/2021 FOR THE SUPPLY, INSTALLATION AND COMMISSIONING OF 15 KVA GENERATOR TO EL FASHER - ND State/ Sudan

Requirements:

1. Complete and submit EF attached (Request for offer).
2. Comply with GOAL's Standard Terms and Conditions (attached).
3. Provide the required company registration documents.
4. One Year Guarantee policy and terms offered by the supplier: For the purposes of guarantee, Goal standard terms and conditions for the supply of goods (attached) applies. And that:

- The Supplier guarantees that all the Goods are new, unused, and of the most recent or current models, and that they incorporate all recent improvements in design and materials, unless provided otherwise in the Contract.

- The date on which the guarantee starts; is one year from the date of installation, commissioning, and acceptance of the generator by the purchaser.

- The period for repair or replacement under the guarantee period; shall be within 14 days from the date of notifying the supplier, upon receipt of such notice, the Supplier shall, within the period specified, expeditiously repair or replace the defective Goods or parts thereof, at no cost to the Purchaser. If having been notified, the Supplier fails to remedy the defect within the period specified, the Purchaser may proceed to take within a reasonable period such remedial action as may be necessary, at the Supplier’s risk and expense and without prejudice to any other rights which the Purchaser may have against the Supplier under the Contract).

-  The place(s) of final destination(s) shall be:  Goal’s’ Area Office/El Fasher – ND State.

These documents can be collected from GOAL Sudan – Khartoum and El Fasher offices, starting from Thursday 20^th of September 2021 (between 08:00 AM – 16:00 PM)
