REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI)

Travel Agency Service 18.9203.3-001.00

The Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH though her Country Office in Khartoum is currently seeking services of fully accredited travel agent that is qualified, able and willing to render efficient and cost-effective range of travel services. The service provider will be responsible for the procurement of airline tickets (domestic and international) for the GIZ Sudan Office and its joint Programme. The services will include booking, issuing and billing of tickets, visa advice including travel regulation information as required.

To this end GIZ requests all companies who can provide this service to submit the following documents for consideration

1. An official letter expressing interest clearly indicating your interest to participate in this tender.
2. Copy of IATA License or relevant certified authorization for travel agency services in Sudan.
3. Company business registration certificate, Tax and VAT registration documents.
4. Full Company Profile stating list of staffs, business contact information, business address and description of company service.
5. Bank reference letter or recent 6 months bank statements.
6. Evidence of experience in provision of this service such as list of clients with contact details and volume of ticket sold. Submission of third party evidences such as award letters, contracts is an added advantage.

For consideration, all interested bidders should submit the aforementioned documents in English Language only in hardcopies in a sealed envelope to GIZ Sudan Office reception at No. 3, Amarat Street, House 28, Block 10a Khartoum, Sudan, labelled stated below:

Your complete documents should not be more than 35 pages. Only complete documents received at the physical address indicated not later than September 12th, 2021 will be accepted and considered.
Do not send price offers, kindly note that complete tender documents would be sent to firms that express their interest. - Non-conformity with all conditions mentioned could lead to the exclusion from the bid.
