EXPRESSION OF INTEREST

The Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH; ““Food Security and Water Supply for Refugees and Host Communities in Gedaref and Kassala” programme by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ). would like to issue a consultancy contract for providing Online course in general and professional English for staffs in Gederif.

This service contract will involve the following deliverables but not limited to:

Provide learning materials (course book, audio, video material); Provide total of 120 hours of online professional level of English Language classes and general level of English language classes for up to three (3) groups of pupils according to their levels (overall 12 pupils); the pupils are staffs of GIZ. The English training course shall be designed following the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR).

Accordingly, GIZ invites interested service providers to provide GIZ Sudan with the following:

• An official letter expressing interest clearly indicating your interest to participate in this tender.
• Comprehensive company with the following information; Address: City, Street, Place, Legal form, Registration body, copy of the legal registration, Date of creation, Date of commencement of activities, Ownership details, Web address and social media accounts if it exists, Registration in VAT Tax Chamber, Business description, Number of employees, Services/ products currently on offer.
• Financial Information bank reference letter in favour of GIZ OR recent 12 months bank statements from 2020 and 2021 within minimum turnover of 55,000 EUR.
• Evidence of experience in providing English courses, only copies of third-party evidence is acceptable such as award letters, certification of performance, copies of contracts etc.

For consideration, all interested bidders should submit the aforementioned documents in English Language only in hardcopies in a sealed envelope to GIZ Sudan Office reception at No. 3, Amarat Street, House 28, Block 10a Khartoum, Sudan, labelled stated below:

Your complete documents should not be more than 20 pages.

Only complete documents received at the physical address indicated not later than Thursday 05th August 2021will be accepted and considered.
