INVITATION TO TENDER FOR (2 Hybrid Solar + Generator Water Pumping system in East Darfur EL Darin )

1- INTRODUCTION:

OXFAM America is pleased to announce and publish this invitation for tenders and cordially inviting potential contractors to submit their interest by way of offers for Hybrid (Solar + Generator) Water Pumping system in (EL Firdos and El Nimir refugees’ camps sites in Edaein- East Darfur according to the Tender Specification documents will be available in our offices in (Khartoum 2)

4- Works Specification

Oxfam is pleased to invites prospective contractors to submit tenders for (2 Hybrid (Solar+Genertor) Water Pumping system in East Darfur State - El Daein, one at EL Firdos Refugee camp (at about 60 km west Eddaein Town) and the other is at El Nimir refugee camp Refugees Camp (at about 20 Km from El Daein town )

Collection and Submission of Tender Specification documents will be available in our office in (Khartoum 2)

• the Tender will be open for collection as from Thursday November 21, 2019 at 8:30 Am, and closing on Thursday, December 5, 2019, at 3:30 PM
• Applicants can collect tender documents and Specification from the Oxfam country office based at Khartoum 2, rood # 47 building # 33 close to Hard-Fought Restaurant and Elnifaidi’ Mosque.
• Any questions concerning this document or the tendering process should be sent to Oxfam America by written letter not later than (Thursday, December 5, 2019, at 2:00 PM).
• If it is necessary to amend the ITT documents prior to the submission of tender proposals or to extend the tender period, all applicants will be notified by email through Oxfam America Email sikebir@oxfamamerica.com
