وصف الأعمال:

تدعو منظمة BFD الشركات والموردين المؤهلين إلى التقدم في المناقصة الخاص توريد وتركيب اثاث  مكتبي الى المراكز الصحية المستهدفة بمحليتي الدامر و عطبرة بولاية نهر النيل    يرجى العلم بأن وثائق المناقصة مرفقة مع الإعلان ، ويجب تعبئتها بالكامل وختم كل ملفات المناقصة  المرفقة وإرفاقها داخل ظرف مختوم يُكتب عليه اسم الجهة المتقدمة واسم العطاء.

المستندات المطلوبة:

1. شهادة تسجيل تجاري سارية المفعول.
2. بطاقة ضريبية سارية المفعول
3. في حال انتهاء صلاحية أي من المستندات المطلوبة، يجب إرفاق تعهد رسمي بالتجديد، وإلا سيتم استبعاد العرض في المرحلة الأولى من التقييم.
4. تقديم الكتالوجات والمواصفات الفنية مع استمارة عرض السعر (RFQ) يعد شرطاً أساسياً.

About the Organization:
BFD - Building Foundation for Development is a non-profit, non-governmental organization dedicated to promoting and implementing humanitarian and development programs in the areas of health, nutrition, education, protection, and other development sectors, with the aim of improving the lives of vulnerable communities.

Scope of Work:
BFD invites qualified companies and suppliers to submit their bids for the Supply and Installation of Office Furniture for Targeted Health Centers in Al-Damer and Atbara Localities, River Nile State.

Please note that the tender documents are attached to this announcement. All attached tender documents must be fully completed, stamped, and submitted inside a sealed envelope clearly indicating the name of the bidder/company and the tender title.

Required Documents:

1. Valid Commercial Registration Certificate.
2. Valid Tax Registration Card/Certificate.
3. If any of the required documents has expired, an official undertaking confirming its renewal must be attached; otherwise, the bid will be disqualified during the initial evaluation stage.
4. Submission of catalogues and technical specifications together with the Request for Quotation (RFQ) form is a mandatory requirement.
