INVITATION TO TENDER 

Construction of WASH facilities at health and nutrition facilities in Khartoum and Al Jazeera States 

Description 

Muslim Aid invites tenders for the construction of 23 gender-segregated, disability-accessible VIP latrine units, the supply and installation of 23 elevated water storage tanks of 1,000 liters with piping and tap connections, and the supply, delivery and installation of 10 surface water pumps of 0.5 HP with basic operation and maintenance training, at health and nutrition facilities in Khartoum State and Al Jazeera State. The requirement is divided into three lots. Companies may tender for one lot, two lots or all three, and each lot will be evaluated separately. Companies intending to join must confirm in writing at least three working days beforehand. 

Who may tender 

Companies registered in Sudan holding a valid certificate of business registration and tax registration, with documented experience of comparable work, and able to meet the essential criteria set out in the tender documents. 

How to obtain the documents 

The complete tender pack is published on Sudanbid.com and may be downloaded free of charge. Documents are not issued by email and are not collected from any Muslim Aid office. Every clarification and every amendment is published in the same place, so a company intending to bid should check Sudanbid.com again before preparing its offer and before the closing date. 

How to submit 

Two routes, and neither is preferred. By hand or courier, in one sealed outer envelope containing two separate sealed inner envelopes, one marked TECHNICAL OFFER and one marked FINANCIAL OFFER, delivered to the sealed tender box at the Muslim Aid Khartoum office, Al Thawra, Al Hara 10, Omdurman, open Sunday to Thursday between 09:00 and 16:00.
