i-APS Sudan | Tender reference APS-ITT-OMD-001

International Advisory, Products and Systems Ltd. (i-APS) Sudan invites qualified, legally registered companies to bid for vehicle rental services under a 12-month framework agreement with one supplier. The agreement will set a maximum total value and guarantee no minimum quantity or spend.

Services will cover internal city movements and external field movements within Red Sea, Kassala, Gedaref, Khartoum, Gezira, Sennar, Blue Nile, White Nile, River Nile, Northern, North Kordofan and South Kordofan states.

The selected supplier must be able to serve all 12 states and both movement types. Required vehicle categories include sedans, 4x4 double-cabin pickups, Land Cruiser station wagons and 14–18-seat minibuses (Hiace), or suitable equivalents.

Submission requirements

Interested companies must carefully review the attached Invitation to Tender and Terms of Reference and submit the following:

1. The completed attached Word tender document: (1. ITT Vehicle Rental - APS-ITT-OMD-001), including all sections of Annex C and the declaration signed and dated by an authorized company representative.
2. Company registration evidence; a fleet list, vehicle photographs and registration documents; ownership or rental authorizations; vehicle insurance evidence; and a driver list with licence details.
3. A dispatch, safety and replacement plan, relevant experience and two client references. The bidder’s authorized representative must also sign and submit the acknowledgement page of the attached i-APS Code of Conduct; this is mandatory.
4. The completed attached RFQ: (2. RFQ Vehicle Rental - APS-ITT-OMD-001) in Excel, PDF, or both, as a separate financial offer, with the bidder authorization fields completed. These are equivalent versions of the same form; if both are submitted, the information and prices must match. Quote daily rates in USD for at least one suitable vehicle category on every state and movement line, plus additional categories available.

Quote all-inclusive daily rates covering vehicles, drivers, fuel, insurance, maintenance, driver accommodation, meals, per diem and other ITT costs.

Offers must remain valid for 45 calendar days after the deadline. Accepted rates are fixed for the full 12-month agreement.
