Scope of Work:

The Supplier shall provide Printing, Communication and Visibility Materials to CARE International in Sudan on an as-needed basis throughout the two-year Framework Agreement period, in accordance with individual Purchase Orders or written requests issued by CARE.

The required goods and services shall include, but are not limited to:

• Design and printing of communication and visibility materials;
• Printed materials, including reports, brochures, leaflets, posters, banners, stickers, certificates, business cards, folders, and similar items;
• Branded and tailored materials, including T-shirts, vests, caps, bags, jackets, and other visibility items;
• Signage, roll-up banners, backdrops, billboards, and other branding materials;
• Audio and video production and related communication materials, where requested;
• Other printing, branding, promotional, and visibility materials as may be required by CARE International in Sudan.

All materials shall be supplied according to the specifications, quantities, quality standards, delivery locations, and timelines stated in the applicable Purchase Order or written request.

Interested companies must meet the following criteria to be considered:

• Valid Business Registration: Proof of legal registration and operational licensing.
• Proven Experience: A minimum of 3–5 years of documented experience in delivering similar general services.
• Financial Capability: Demonstrated financial stability to handle contract requirements.
• References: At least two professional references from current or recent corporate clients.
