Who We Are
Alight, formerly the American Refugee Committee, has empowered displaced communities since 1978. We aim to walk alongside displaced people, co-creating impactful programs and services tailored to their unique needs. Instead of referring to them as "beneficiaries," we proudly call them our "customers," emphasising their agency in shaping decisions that affect their lives. We strive to amplify our global reach and impact with our four affiliates.

Women and children, often the most vulnerable, face compounding challenges in these situations. Invitation to Bid – Rehabilitation of PHCCs in Khartoum State
Alight Sudan hereby invites qualified and eligible contractors to submit their offers for the following works:
Tender Reference: PRF‑NS‑KRT‑2026‑0155
Project Title: Rehabilitation of Al‑Khatmya PHCC (Bahari) and Gabra 19 PHCC (Khartoum)
Submission Deadline: September 25, 2026, 4:00 PM Sudan Time
Delivery Terms: 100% payment after delivery, as per RFQ conditions
Scope of Works:

Eligibility Requirements:
Bidders should demonstrate a documented track record in the construction and rehabilitation of health facilities. Experience in similar projects will be considered an added advantage and must be supported by references and past work orders.

Bid Submission:
Interested bidders should collect the full Request for Quotation (RFQ) package, including BoQs and drawings, from Alight Khartoum Office or request via email.
Completed bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes, clearly marked “Tender – Rehabilitation of PHCCs (PRF‑NS‑KRT‑2026‑0155)”, and must bear the official company signature and stamp.
