The International Rescue Committee responds to the world’s worst humanitarian crises and helps people whose lives and livelihoods are shattered by conflict and disaster to survive, recover and gain control of their future.
It is the intent of this RFP to secure competitive proposals to select Supplier(s) for the International Rescue committee (Sudan Country Program) to provide (IT Equipment and Electronics) to the listed IRC offices. The delivery locations are Port Sudan (Red Sea), Damazine (Blue Nile), Khartoum/Omdurman, River Nile State (Atbara and Shendi), White Nile (Kosti), Madani (El Gezira State) and Al Gedarif., All qualified and interested Suppliers are invited to submit their proposals

The winning Bidder(s) will enter into a fixed price Master Purchase Agreement (MPA). Bidders shall be domiciled in and shall comply with all Government Regulations to operate in (Sudan). Bidders shall be regular taxpayers and shall furnish a copy of their operating license/certificate of registration valid for the fiscal year (2025/2026). Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt or fraudulent practices.
