• Site visits are mandatory and bidders must verify site locations prior to submission. (Coordinates : 15°29'17.00"N 32°32'42.10"E)
• Financial offers must be submitted in USD and remain valid for at least two months.
• The Bidder response document must be completely filled out and all requested documents should be submitted.
• Save the Children reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without assigning any reason and is not bound to award the contract to the lowest bidder. Evaluation will be based on technical capability, sustainability, and commercial competitiveness.
