For Rehabilitation of the 4 Hand Pumps in Janoub Al-Jazeera locality – Al-Jazeera State)

ADRA Sudan Organization on behalf of its partners, is inviting qualified contractors and companies to bid for rehabilitation of the hand pumps as per the specifications and details set in the tender booklet (BOQ).

Potential and qualified companies and contractors interested to carry out the rehabilitation of hand pumps works can collect tender booklet (BOQ) from ADRA Sudan Kosti Office, Al-Andalus and Office of Relief Team for Humanitarian Assistance Organization in Wad Madani. Bidders must submit the following documents along with their offers:

• Commercial Registration Certificate with Receipt )15(for the purpose of annual renewal.
• The firm of the company profile and/or owner CV, technical and financial abilities and experiences of similar works implemented by the contractor or the company.
• Valid clearance certificate from Tax and Zakat (Original Certificates + Receipt )15   (2026 /
• Bank statement verifying the financial ability of the bidder
• Guarantee check equivalent to 2% of the total value of the bid or guarantee letter from the bank or insurance company and must be topped up to 60% by the selected bidder

N.B All documents submitted for this tender should be copies (non-returnable) except Tax and Zakat Certificates, In the event that the Zakat and Tax certificate along with the (Recepit 15) receipts are not provided, the company will be excluded from competing in the tender.

• The bids are to be submitted in a sealed and stamped envelopes and posted in the tender box located in the Relief Team for humanitarian Assistance in) Madani Hai Al Zamalek Janoub Cafeteria Talj Mashaei (.

إعادة تأهيل 4 مضخات يدوية بمحلية جنوب الجزيرة بولاية الجزيرة

     ترغب منظمة ادرا السودان نيابة عن شركائها في طرح عطاء لمقاولين أو شركات مؤهلة لإعادة تأهيل المضخات اليدوية وفقًا للمواصفات والتفاصيل المنصوص عليها في كراسة العطاء (BOQ)  .

يمكن للشركات والمقاولين المحتملين والمؤهلين المهتمين بتنفيذ أعمال إعادة تأهيل المضخات اليدوية  الحصول على كراسة العطاء (BOQ) من رئاسة المنظمة بكوستي حي الاندلس و مكتب منظمة فريق الإغاثة الإنسانية بمدني – ولاية الجزيرة. يجب على مقدمي العروض تقديم المطلوبات التالية مع عروضهم:

• شهادة السجل التجاري مع إيصال 15 بغرض التجديد السنوي .  
• ملف تعريفي عن المقاول أو الشركة و/أو السيرة الذاتية للمالك والقدرات الفنية والمالية والخبرات في الأعمال المماثلة التي ينفذها المورد أو الشركة .
• شهادة ابراء ذمة سارية المفعول من مصلحة الضرائب والزكاة بغرض العطاء مرفق معها إيصالات السداد ( اورنيك 15 لسنة 2026 ) .
• كشف حساب بنكي يؤكد القدرة المالية لمقدم العطاء .
• شيك ضمان يعادل 2% من القيمة الإجمالية للعطاء أو خطاب ضمان من البنك أو شركة التأمين ويستكمل حتى 60% لمن يرسو عليه العطاء

ملحوظة هامة : جميع المستندات المقدمة لهذا العطاء يجب أن تكون نسخًا (غير قابلة للإرجاع) عدا شهادات الزكاة و الضرائب اصلية ، وفي  حالة عدم احضار شهادة الزكاة والضرائب مع إيصالات اونيك 15 سوف يتم إستبعاد الشركة من المنافسة في  العطاء  .

• تقدم العروض في مظاريف مقفولة ومختومة بالشمع الاحمر وتوضع في صندوق العطاءات الموجود في مكتب منظمة فريق الإغاثة الإنسانية بمدني – ولاية الجزيرة جنوب كافتريا (ثلج مشوي ) .
• الموعد النهائي للتقديم: الساعة 4:00 مساءً ، التاريخ 10/سبتمبر/2026 .
• يتم تقييم العطاء استنادا على قيمة العرض والمستندات المطلوب ارفاقها .
• سيتم تقييم العروض وتقييمها بناءً على الأسعار والمستندات المطلوب إرفاقها
• المنظمة غير مقيدة بقبول أقل او أعلى عرض ويمكن قبول العرضين أو أحدهما ورفض الاخر
