1. Scope of Work

Save the Children International (SCI), the world's leading independent organization for children, invites qualified, experienced, and legally registered service providers to submit bids for the establishment of Fixed Price Framework Agreements for the provision of Assida Plus Basket as outlined in the RFQ with Delivery Location Abu Gebeiha

How to Apply

Interested providers should submit:

• Email your quotation to: 📧 SudanCO.procurement@savethechildren.org & Include: Quote validity period, lead time, country of origin, and sample quality pictures
• All prices should be in USD.
• Fill out the bidder response document
• Price should include delivery to Abu Gebeiha
• All documents requested in the Bidder response document should be submitted.

Submission Requirements

• Bidders must complete and submit the Bidder Response Document.
• Financial offers must be submitted in USD with fixed pricing for at least one (1) year.
• Bids must be submitted electronically only via email.

Deadline: All quotations must be submitted by 20^th August 2026.

The subject of the email should be “SCI/SDN/2026/ RFQ/ 738997 – ‘Bidder Name’, ‘Date’’.

All attached documents should be clearly labelled so it is clear to understand what each file relates to.
