وصف الأعمال:

تدعو منظمة BFD الشركات والموردين المؤهلين إلى التقدم بطلب الشراء الخاص توريد وتركيب اثاث  مكتبي الى المراكز الصحية المستهدفة بولاية الجزيرة يرجى العلم بأن وثائق المناقصة مرفقة مع الإعلان ، ويجب تعبئتها بالكامل وختم كل ملفات المناقصة  المرفقة وإرفاقها داخل ظرف مختوم يُكتب عليه اسم الجهة المتقدمة واسم العطاء.

المستندات المطلوبة:

1. شهادة تسجيل تجاري سارية المفعول.
2. بطاقة ظريبية سارية المفعول
3. في حال انتهاء صلاحية أي من المستندات المطلوبة، يجب إرفاق تعهد رسمي بالتجديد، وإلا سيتم استبعاد العرض في المرحلة الأولى من التقييم.
4. تقديم الكتالوجات والمواصفات الفنية مع استمارة عرض السعر (RFQ) يعد شرطاً أساسياً.

About BFD

BFD – Building Foundation for Development (BFD) is a non-profit, non-governmental organization dedicated to designing and implementing humanitarian and development programs across multiple sectors, including health, nutrition, education, protection, and other development initiatives, with the aim of improving the lives of vulnerable communities.

Scope of Work

BFD invites qualified companies and suppliers to submit bids for the Supply and Installation of Office Furniture for the Targeted Health Centers in Al Jazirah State.

Please note that the complete tender documents are attached to this announcement. All tender documents must be fully completed, signed, and stamped. The completed documents must be enclosed in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the bidder's name and the tender title.

Required Documents

1. A valid Commercial Registration Certificate.
2. A valid Tax Registration Certificate.
3. If any of the required documents have expired, an official commitment letter confirming their renewal must be attached; otherwise, the bid will be disqualified during the preliminary evaluation stage.
4. Submission of product catalogues and technical specifications together with the Request for Quotation (RFQ) is a mandatory requirement.
