This is not the Tender but only the submission of your desire to participate in a tender. If you desire to participate please email your submission letter with the information stated below.

4. Company registration certificate & profile
5. Request for Tender bid information
6. Email Address for us to send tender documents to participate in this Tender Bid

Deadline for emails to participate in the upcoming Tender is July 15, 2026

No Later than 16:00 Central Africa Time GMT+2

• Only participants who satisfy the required eligibility criteria and are approved through the pre-qualification process will receive the tender documents via email by July 19, 2026.
• In the Requirements form will be the date your tender bid will need to be received by email
