World Relief Sudan is implementing a “Strengthening Inclusive partnerships for smallholders in Rain-fed Areas (SIPRA) project. Recently, ZOA and Metameta have approved 10 small grant concept notes on value addition (oil and cotton processing) for produce associations in Wadalmahi locality.
The purpose of these grants is to catalyze business models where organized smallholder farmers partner with agribusiness firms (Agro-SMEs) to access existing or new markets. A typical qualifying investment would have a significant investment outreach and job creation component, with the estimated value of direct support to smallholders of at least 25 percent of the total investment.
World Relief Sudan (WRS) hereby invites you to submit a tender as per the attached Bidding Form titled “ITB No: Re – Advert - BN/SIPRA009/February/2026 – Provision of a Local Oil processing machines Powered a solar system in Wadalmahi Province Town 3, Blue Nile.”
There is only one ITB which lists the type of oil processing machine required.

The following documents must be submitted in (1) hard copy – physical submission in a sealed envelope (2) Zipped file – email submission clearly named “Re – Advert - BN/SIPRA009/February/2026 for your bid to be accepted by the Tender Opening Committee:
1. ITB form should be printed, signed, dated, and stamped
2. All pages of the ITB should be signed and stamped
3. Company profile, including similar provisions in Sudan
4. Ensure no alterations to the numbers included in the Price quotation list
5. No White wash or deletion is accepted on the Price quotation list 6. Bids should be strictly quoted in SDG only
Additionally, note that:
a) Bidders shall observe the highest standard of ethics during the procurement and execution of contracts. WR will reject a Bid if it determines that the Bidder recommended for award has engaged in corrupt, fraudulent, collusive, or coercive practices in competing for, or in executing, the Contract
. b) Please note that the cost of preparing a bid and of negotiating a contract, including any related travel, is not reimbursable nor can it be included as a direct cost of the assignment.
c) World Relief Sudan is not committed to award based on the lowest bids d) World Relief Sudan reserves the right to refuse infrastructure that does not meet standards as specified. Costs of refusal are not an obligation to WR
