Supply, Delivery, and Installation of Broiler Poultry Cage (Battery) System

1. Introduction
We hereby invite qualified, experienced, and competent suppliers to submit their sealed tenders for the Supply, transporation Delivery, and Installation of a Broiler Poultry Cage (Battery) System.
The project is intended to support poultry production under the environmental conditions of Northern State and Al Qadarif, and Dongala Sudan, ensuring efficient and modern broiler management from day-old chicks to market weight.
2. Project Scope
The selected supplier shall provide a complete turnkey solution, including:
Design, supply, and installation of 100 broiler cage (battery) units
Each battery with a minimum capacity of 200 chicks
Provision of all required systems including feeding, drinking, waste management, ventilation, and lighting
Accessories, fittings, and all necessary components
Testing, commissioning, and handover
3. General Requirements
Interested bidders must comply with the following:
3.1 Submission Requirements
Detailed technical and financial proposal
Clear photos/catalogues of proposed cages
Evidence of previous similar projects
The purchaser may request:
Physical samples
Site visit to completed projects
3.2 Delivery Timeline
Bidders must clearly indicate:
Delivery period (in calendar days)
Manufacturing timeframe (if applicable)
Transportation and installation schedule
Delays may result in penalties as per contract terms.
3.3 Pricing
The offer must be fully inclusive (Lump Sum / Turnkey) and cover:
Transportation (to site)
Loading/offloading
Installation and commissioning
All materials and accessories
Taxes and duties (if applicable)
⚠️ No additional costs will be accepted after submission.
3.4 Technical Compliance
All systems must strictly comply with the specifications provided, including:
Durable, corrosion-resistant materials (hot-dip galvanized or stainless steel)
Plastic flooring (HDPE or polypropylene)
Automatic feeding and nipple drinking systems
Waste collection system (trays or belts)
Ventilation and lighting systems suitable for Sudan conditions
3.5 Warranty and Support
Minimum 1-year warranty
Availability of spare parts
Technical support and training (if applicable)
4. Supplier Qualifications
Bidders must demonstrate:
Proven experience in poultry cage/battery systems
Technical capability and qualified personnel
Quality assurance (certification preferred)
5. Site Conditions
The system must be suitable for:
High temperature conditions (Northern State)
High humidity conditions (Al Qadarif)
Design must ensure:
Efficient ventilation
Heat resistance
Durability under harsh environmental conditions
