The Sudanese Red Crescent (SRCS) is interested in obtaining offers from Specialized companies in supplying Essential Medicines as per the attached list and specifications.

Technical details and tender Documents can be collected under signature from the Sudanese Red Crescent HQ office in Port Sudan – near Comboni schools, from Tuesday 2^nd of June to Thursday, 18^th of June 2026, from 9:00 am to 03:00 pm, and before bids closing date.

The Bids shall be accompanied by the following Documents:

• The Requested certificate:

1. Company profile.
2. Experience Certificate in the domain of Supplying Essential Medicines and Pharmaceutical Products.
3. Distribution and warehousing license from NMPB.
4. Company registration Certificate / Certificate of incorporation.
5. Tax Registration file.

Bids closing date: Thursday, 18^th of June 2026, 3:00 pm.

Tener shall be submitted in SEALLED envelope or through email with the tender Reference Supplier for Essential Medicines Supplies.      Addressed to Sudanese Red Crescent Society – Khartoum- Omdurman – near Alrawadah Hospital. Any envelope unsealed and incomplete tender will be rejected as competitive offer.
