International Medical Corps has been working in Sudan since 2004, providing health care services in collaboration with MoH. International Medical Corps Sudan would like to invite qualified suppliers for the Rehabilitation of Golo Hospital - Solar Power Unit to Power Golo Hospital (50 KW- System).

Dear Contractors,

On behalf of the International Medical Corps (IMC) Sudan, I am kindly requesting you to submit a quotation for RFQ 05-008-GOL-2026 Rehabilitation of Golo Hospital - LOT 8.

Please see the attached document that requires your attention:

1. RFQ 05-008-GOL-2026 Rehabilitation of Golo Hospital - LOT 8 - To be filled by the contractor.

2. BoQ - Rehabilitation of Golo Hospital - LOT 8 - To be filled by the contractor.

3. The Work Plan (Gantt Chart) LOT 8 - Ensure to fill out the sheet to show how you plan to carry out the work on this project.

4. Scope of Work - Lot 8 Solar Power Unit to Power Golo Hospital (50 KW- System) - To be signed by the contractor.  

Response Deadline:

• Quotations must be provided no later than 04 June 2026, at 23:59 (Khartoum Time, GMT+2)

• Quotations received after the stated deadline are considered late submissions and will not be accepted.

  Submission instructions:

 Bids must be submitted either by sending directly to IMC's secured email address: Tender.KRT@InternationalMedicalCorps.Org (please do not copy anyone in your submission).

 PLEASE: DO NOT COPY OR SEND YOUR QUOTATION/OFFER TO ANY OTHER IMC EMAIL ADDRESS; OTHERWISE, YOUR OFFER WILL BE DISQUALIFIED AND NOT CONSIDERED FOR REVIEW.
