Save the Children International (SCI) invites qualified and experienced contractors/suppliers to submit bids for the following project:

Invitation to Tender

Rehabilitation of Child Friendly Space (CFS) and Safe Space for Girls and Women (SSGW) – Khartoum

Purpose of the Assignment

The project involves construction and rehabilitation works in accordance with the approved designs and Bill of Quantities (BOQ) provided in the tender documents.

Required Proposal Submission

Interested bidders must comply with the following:

• Complete and fill out the BOQ in full detail
• Clearly state the total price in the RFQ/commercial offer
• Submit a complete Bidder Response Document (all sections filled)
• Provide all mandatory supporting documents as outlined in the ITT, including but not limited to:
  • Company registration certificate
  • Tax compliance certificate
  • Workplan and methodology
  • CVs of key staff (Site Engineer, Foreman, etc.)
  • Company organogram
  • References and past project experience
  • Equipment list
  • Financial/commercial offer in USD

Submission Details

All bids must be submitted electronically to: SudanCO.procurement@savethechildren.org

• Email subject must clearly reference:
  “ITT PR713636 – Rehabilitation of CFS and SSGW – [Bidder Name]”
• All documents must be clearly labeled and organized

Late submissions will not be considered.

Additional Information

 Bidders must strictly use the official Bidder Response Document template provided in the ITT.

All prices must be quoted in USD.

 Bids must remain valid for at least 60 days after submission.

Late submissions will not be accepted.
