The International NGO Safety Organization (INSO) is an International non-governmental organization, registered in the Netherlands, operating in Sudan that provides dedicated safety support services to NGOs. 

INSO invites applications from eligible and competent firms to tender for the supply of the following :

The Tender will be issued on 1^st May 2026. Bidders can request the tender documents from ops.manager@sdn.ngosafety.org  or download them form  INSO web site

All questions related to this tender must also be sent to the above email address.

Bidders must include all required documents in their bid submission. Completed tender documents must be electronically submitted by email to the address listed in the RFQ.

The email subject line must state: Tender Number: INSO/SDN/103/PS/2025

The tender closes at 23:59 hours on 21^st May 2026. Late submissions will not be accepted.

INSO will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the bidders in connection with the preparation or submission of their bids to INSO.
