The following documents must be submitted in

(1) hard copy – physical submission in a sealed envelope

(2) Zipped file – email submission clearly named ‘BN/H&N/SHFC0471/APRIL/2026 - PROVISION OF MEDICAL DRUGS AND EQUIPMENT - BLUE NILE’ for your bid to be accepted by the Tender Opening Committee:

1. ITB form should be printed, signed, dated and stamped.

2. All pages of the ITB should be signed and stamped

3. Company profile including similar supplies in Sudan.

4. Certification by Ministry of Health (authorization to supply medical drugs).
5. Ensure no alterations on numbers included in the Price quotation list.

6. No Whitewash or deletion is accepted on the Price quotation list.

7. Bids should be strictly quoted in SDG only.

Additionally note that:

a) Bidders shall observe the highest standard of ethics during the procurement and execution of contracts. WR will reject a Bid if it determines that the Bidder recommended for award, has engaged in corrupt, fraudulent, collusive, or coercive practices in competing for, or in executing, the Contract.

b) Please note that the cost of preparing a bid and of negotiating a contract, including any related travel, is not reimbursable nor can it be included as a direct cost of the assignment.

c) World Relief Sudan is not committed to award based on the lowest bids.

d) A quality check will be carried out to determine quality of the medical drugs.

e) World Relief Sudan reserves the right to refusal of medical drugs that do not meet standards as specified. Costs of refusal is not an obligation to WR. Yours sincerely,
