CARE International in SUdan (CIS) is seeks to establish framework agreements with one or more Financial Service Provider (FSPs)  which are able to deliver cash to the specific project needs in different states of Sudan and have experience in humanitarian projects.

The bid's shall be accompanied by the following documents / or certificates: 

• Company profile 
• Documents showing experience in delivering humanitarian cash with UN / or NGOs (if applicable).
• Company registration certificate.

       Tender shall be submitted in SEALED envelope with tender reference "Contracting Financial Service Provider (FSP) to Support a Cash-based Program CARE Sudan" addressed to – CARE International in Sudan, Port Sudan . Or via the following emails:

Mandatory Eligibility Criteria

To be considered for this contract, all applicants must provide proof of the following:

• Valid Sudanese Registration: Evidence of legal commercial registration to operate within Sudan.

• Sudanese Bank Account: Active bank account details under the registered entity's name for fund settlement.

CARE International Sudan - reserved the right to accept or reject any bid.
