Interested providers should submit:

• All documents should be clearly labelled so it is clear to understand what each file relates to.
• All prices should be in USD. Current Exchange Rate : USD 1 : 3,298.56 SDG which is subject to change.
• The ITT should be fully filled out and the requested questions in the bidder response filled out.

Submission Requirements

• Bidders must complete and submit the Bidder Response Document (Part 3) included in the tender pack.
• Financial offers must be submitted in USD.
• Bids must be submitted only via above mentioned email.

Deadline: All quotations must be submitted by 12th April 2026.

The subject of the File should be “SCI/SDN/CD/ITT/FLEET/2026/001- Vaccine Vehicle Rental – ‘Bidder Name’, ‘Date’’.
