Plan International Sudan invites qualified and experienced suppliers/contractors to submit quotations for the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of a solar power system at Khartoum office located in Building 26, Block # 12, Street 27.

Technical Specifications

Bidders are required to provide detailed specifications including, but not limited to:

System capacity (kWp)

Type and brand of solar panels

Inverter type and capacity

Battery type and storage capacity

Expected daily energy output

System efficiency and performance ratio

Compliance with international standards

Deliverables

Fully installed and operational solar system

Test and commissioning report

Warranty certificates

As-built drawings

User manuals and training report

Eligibility Requirements

Interested bidders must provide:

Proven experience in similar projects

List of completed solar installations

Technical team qualifications
