- Submission Requirements: Interested service providers must adhere to the following:

• Deadline for Bid Submission is 7/04/2026
• Bidders are required to fill the attached Bidder Response Document (BRD)
• Bidder are required to provide a detailed technical proposal for the evaluation including unique selling points that differentiate their bid from other competing bids.
• Bidder are required to provide a financial proposal detailing the exact cost to finalize the assignment.
• Bidder are required to provide at least two evidence of previous experience for a similar assignment.
