How to Apply

Bids are to be submitted by:

Electronic Submission via Email

• Email should be addressed to SudanCO.procurement@savethechildren.org
• The subject of the email should be “ITT/ No. 694963 - Dignity kit - EUD   / ‘Bidder Name’, ‘Date’’.
• All attached documents should be clearly labelled so it is clear to understand what each file relates to.
• Emails should not exceed 15mb – if the file sizes are large, please split the submission into two emails. 
• Do not copy other SCI email addresses into the email when you submit it as this will invalidate your bid. 

Submission Requirements

• Bidders must complete and submit the Bidder Response Document (Part 3) included in the tender pack.
• Financial offers must be submitted in USD.

Deadline: All quotations must be submitted by 7th April 2026.

The subject of the File should be “ITT No 694963 Diginty Kits EUD – ‘Bidder Name’, ‘Date’’.

All documents should be clearly labelled so it is clear to understand what each file relates to.
