Bids can be submitted ONLY by:

• Hard copy ( Paper Submission ) directly to SCI Omdurman Office, Valley Street, Althura Alharra 3^rd. Location: 15.675957520698578, 32.49292277964366
• Note – this is a sealed tender box which will not be opened until the tender has closed. Therefore, do not send tender related questions to this email address as they will not be answered.
• All documents should be clearly labelled so it is clear to understand what each file relates to.
• All prices should be in USD. Current Exchange Rate : USD 1 : 3,332.46 SDG
• The ITT should be fully filled out and the requested questions in the bidder response filled out.

Submission Requirements

• Bidders must complete and submit the Bidder Response Document (Part 3) included in the tender pack.
• Financial offers must be submitted in USD.
• Bids must be submitted only via Office.

Deadline: All quotations must be submitted by 9th April 2026.

The subject of the File should be “ITT No. 694222 - Rehabilitation of 10 schools – ‘Bidder Name’, ‘Date’’.
