Invitation to Tender: Drilling of a Water Well in Ambada Area

Human Appeal – Sudan Office hereby invites qualified and reputable drilling companies to submit sealed bids for the Drilling and Construction of a Water Well in Ambada Area.

This tender aims to provide safe and sustainable water access to communities in need. Human Appeal encourages experienced contractors who meet the required technical capacity and legal compliance to participate.

Scope of Work

The project includes but is not limited to:

• Geological and hydrological assessment of the drilling site
• Drilling of the borehole to the required depth
• Provision and installation of casing and screens
• Pump testing and water quality testing
• Construction of water point infrastructure (platform, apron, etc.)
• Completion of all works to humanitarian and engineering standards

Mandatory Requirements

Interested contractors must provide:

1. Valid company registration documents
2. Tax clearance certificates
3. Proof of previous experience in borehole drilling
4. Technical and financial proposal

The Bill of Quantities must be completed electronically (shared as a filled PDF). Handwritten BOQs will not be accepted.

5. Submit a copy of the company profile, including details on human resources and assets.
6. Provide a technical and financial offer.
7. Include a project schedule.
8. Highlight relevant company experience.

2. VALIDITY OF BID

 Bids shall remain valid for at least 4 days from   the date of opening, if the last date falls on a holiday, the validity shall be extended to the next working day of the organization
