HOPE TENDER 2026/012

HOPE Organization invites qualified suppliers, companies, and business entities to submit financial bids for the Provision of Food Commodity in North Darfur State / Tawila locality. Delivery shall be made to the organization’s office located in North Darfur State / Tawila, or bids may be submitted via email at:

Submission Requirements:

• A signed and stamped financial offer indicating the implementation timeframe must be attached.
• A clear work schedule outlining the implementation plan must be provided.
• Commitment to delivery at the specified location is mandatory.
• Documents proving experience and previous work with organizations in similar assignments must be attached.
• The organization reserves the right to select the most suitable offer that complies with the required specifications and is not bound to accept the lowest or highest price.

Special Conditions:

1. All supplied items must fully comply with the required specifications. Any materials not meeting the requirements may be rejected.
2. The supplier must ensure safe transportation and proper delivery of materials at the highest quality standards to the specified location.
3. The works must be fully completed within a maximum of 7 days from the date of notification and contract signing, unless changes are made by the committee.
4. The receiving committee reserves the right to reject any products that do not meet the requirements.
5. Payment shall be made 100% after full completion of delivery.
6. A performance security not exceeding 10% of the total contract value shall be submitted upon notification of award and before contract signing. The amount will be refunded upon full completion of delivery.
7. All bids must be submitted in Sudanese Pounds (SDG).

Required Documents:

• All official government documents must be attached.
• Valid company registration documents must be provided.
• All required local registrations and approvals must be submitted.
• Documents proving the bidder’s eligibility and capacity to implement the assignment must be attached.
• Bids lacking company registration and local registration documents will not be considered.

Deadline for Submission:

Bids must be submitted no later than 14 APRIL 2026 to HOPE Organization’s office at the above address.
Submission will be accepted until 2:00 PM.

الموردين المؤهلين والشركات وأصحاب الاعمال التجارية لتقديم عروضهم المالية والفنية لتوريد مواد غذائية بمنطقة طويلة /  ولاية شمال دارفور 

على أن يتم التسليم العروض المالية والفنية في مكتب المنظمة الكائن في بولاية شمال دارفور / طويلة

شروط التقديم:

يجب إرفاق عرض مالي موقع ومختوم ومحدد المدة الزمنية للتنفيذ.

يجب ارفاق جدول زمني يوضح تنفيذ الاعمال بوضوح.

يجب الالتزام بـ التسليم في الموقع المحدد.

ارفاق المستندات التي تثبت الخبرة والاعمال السابقة للمنظمات في اعمال مشابهة

تحتفظ المنظمة بحقها في اختيار العرض الأنسب والمتوافق مع المواصفات

 المطلوبة، دون أن تكون مقيدة بقبول أدنى أو أعلى الأسعار

الشروط الخاصة:

1/ يجب أن تكون المواد التي يتم توريدها متوافقة تماما مع المواصفات المطلوبة واي مواد لا تتناسب مع متطلبات العمل يمكن عدم اعتمادها

2/ يجب على المورد ضمان نقل المواد وتسليمها بأمان وبطريقة سليمة واعلي مستويات الجودة  وفي المكان المحدد

. 3/ يجب استكمال تنفيذ الاعمال وفق المتطلبات خلال مدة أقصاها 7 أيام من تاريخ الإخطار وتوقيع العقد ما لم تطرأ تغيرات من قبل اللجنة

 4/ اللجنة التي تشرف على الاستلام رفض أستلام أي منتجات لا تتناسب مع المطلوبات

5 / الدفع بعد استكمال التوريد الكلي بنسبة 100%

6/ مبلغ تامين لا يتخطى مبلغ 10% من جملة التكلفة   في حالة الاخطار بالفوز بالعطاء وقبل توقيع العقد ويرد عند تكملة التوريد

7/ تقدم كل العروض بالجنية السوداني

8/ بعد الاخطار  بالفوز يحضر المورد عينات من المطلوبات للاعتماد اولا ثم البدء بالتوريد بعد تاكيد الجودة والصلاحية

إرفاق جميع المستندات الحكومية الرسمية

تقديم مستندات تسجيل الشركة الصالحة

تقديم جميع التسجيلات والموافقات المحلية المطلوبة

إرفاق جميع المستندات التي تثبت أهلية وقدرة مقدم العرض على تنفيذ العمل

لن يتم النظر في العروض التي لا تحتوي على مستندات تسجيل الشركة والتسجيلات المحلية

آخر موعد لتقديم العروض

يجب تقديم العروض في موعد أقصاه 14 ابريل  2026 إلى مكتب منظمة هوب في العنوان أعلاه.

يتم الاستلام حتى الساعة الثانية مساء

استلام العروض
