Save the Children International – Sudan Country Office invites qualified suppliers to submit Tender for provision of textbooks and learning materials to Nertiti Central Darfur.

1. Scope of Work

The successful supplier(s) will provide textbooks and learning materials as detailed in the tender documents and RFQ.
Delivery will be made to SCI Nertiti Office – Central Darfur under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) Incoterms

How to Apply

Interested providers should submit:

• Email your quotation to: 📧 SudanCO.procurement@savethechildren.org & Include: Quote validity period, lead time, country of origin, and sample quality pictures
• All prices should be in USD.
• The ITT should be fully filled out and the requested questions in the bidder response filled out.

Submission Requirements

• Bidders must complete and submit the Bidder Response Document (Part 3) included in the tender pack.
• Financial offers must be submitted in USD with fixed pricing for at least one (1) year.
• Bids must be submitted electronically only via email.

Deadline: All quotations must be submitted by 2^nd April 2026.

The subject of the email should be “ITT No. 696294 – 696402– ‘Bidder Name’, ‘Date’’.

All attached documents should be clearly labelled so it is clear to understand what each file relates to.
