Save the Children International – Sudan Country Office invites qualified suppliers to submit quotations for Provision of Rental of 39 vehicles for EPI mobile teams in Central Darfur State.

1. Scope of Work

Service Providers must ensure:

• Vehicles are in excellent mechanical condition, fully insured, and legally registered.
• Drivers have valid driving licenses with minimum 5 years’ experience.
• 24/7 availability, including emergency support.
• Fuel, insurance, maintenance, and necessary safety equipment included.
• Ability to provide vehicles across all Central Darfur localities as per RFQ.

2. How to Apply

Interested providers should submit:

• Email your quotation to: 📧 SudanCO.procurement@savethechildren.org & Include: Quote validity period, lead time, country of origin, and sample quality pictures
• All prices should be in SDG.
• The ITT should be fully filled out and the requested questions in the bidder response filled out.
• Submit all requested documents in the ITT.

Deadline: All quotations must be submitted by 2^nd April 2026.

The subject of the email should be “SCI/SDN/CD/ITT/FLEET/2026/002– ‘Bidder Name’, ‘Date’’.
