Human Appeal – Sudan Office is pleased to invite qualified and reputable construction companies to submit sealed bids for the rehabilitation of five (5) primary schools located in Sharq Al Jazeera Locality.

The schools included in this tender are:

1. Kherersha Primary School – Sharq Al Jazeera Locality
2. Khalid Ibn Al-Waleed Primary School – Sharq Al Jazeera Locality
3. Humayra Primary School – Sharq Al Jazeera Locality
4. Jagogab Primary School – Sharq Al Jazeera Locality
5. Sakina Abu Turki Primary School – Sharq Al Jazeera Locality

This project aims to provide essential rehabilitation to improve learning environments for schoolchildren. Human Appeal encourages experienced contractors who meet the required technical capacity and legal compliance to participate.

📌 Mandatory Submission Requirements

Interested contractors must submit the following:

1. Valid company registration documents
2. Tax clearance certificates
3. Proof of previous experience in construction/rehabilitation works
4. Technical and financial proposals (submitted separately)
5. Completed Bill of Quantities (BoQ) in electronic format (PDF only) – handwritten BoQs will not be accepted
6. Company profile, including references
7. Company human resources and assets information
8. Detailed project schedule/work plan

If the deadline falls on a holiday, validity extends to the next working day.

All bids will be opened in the presence of invited observers at the Human Appeal office on the specified date listed in the Tender Dossier.

• Cancel the tender
• Award the contract in part or in full
