Rehabilitation of Al-Makhaleef Water Treatment Plant - Al-Jabaleen Locality - White Nile State

ADRA Sudan Organization on behalf of its partners, is inviting qualified contractors and companies to bid for Rehabilitation of Al-Makhaleef Water Treatment Plant as per the specifications and details set in the tender booklet (BOQ).

Potential and qualified companies and contractors interested to carry out the Rehabilitation works can collect tender booklet (BOQ) from ADRA Sudan Kosti Office, AL-Andalus. Bidders must submit the following documents along with their offers:

• Certificate of registration/ Commercial license
• The firm of the company profile and/or owner CV, technical and financial abilities and experiences of similar works implemented by the contractor or the company.
• Valid clearance certificate from Tax and Zakat
• Bank statement verifying the financial ability of the bidder
• Guarantee check equivalent to 2% of the total value of the bid or guarantee letter from the bank or insurance company and must be topped up to 60% by the selected bidder

N.B All documents submitted for this tender should be copies (non-returnable) except Tax and Zakat Certificates.

• The bids are to be submitted in a sealed and stamped envelopes and posted in the tender box located in the organization premises in Kosti Al-Andalus.
• Closing deadline: Time 4:00 PM, Date : 31/ March/ 2026.
• Offers submitted in other manner than those indicated above will not be considered.
• The offers will be scored and evaluated based on the prices and the documents required to be attached.
• The organization reserves the right to accept the lowest or the highest offer.

لإعادة تأهيل  محطة مياه المخاليف بمحلية الجبلين   – ولاية النيل الابيض

     ترغب منظمة ادرا السودان نيابة عن شركائها في طرح عطاء لمقاولين أو شركات مؤهلة لإعادة تأهيل محطة مياه المخاليف وفقًا للمواصفات والتفاصيل المنصوص عليها في كراسة العطاء (BOQ)  .

يمكن للشركات والمقاولين المحتملين والمؤهلين المهتمين بتنفيذ أعمال إعادة تأهيل محطة المياه  الحصول على كراسة العطاء (BOQ) من رئاسة المنظمة بكوستي حي الاندلس. يجب على مقدمي العروض تقديم المطلوبات التالية مع عروضهم:

• شهادة تسجيل .
• ملف تعريفي عن المقاول أو الشركة و/أو السيرة الذاتية للمالك والقدرات الفنية والمالية والخبرات في الأعمال المماثلة التي ينفذها المورد أو الشركة .
• شهادة ابراء ذمة سارية المفعول من مصلحة الضرائب والزكاة .
• كشف حساب بنكي يؤكد القدرة المالية لمقدم العطاء .
• توصية من اتحاد المقاولين بالولاية .
• شيك ضمان يعادل 2% من القيمة الإجمالية للعطاء أو خطاب ضمان من البنك أو شركة التأمين ويستكمل حتى 60% لمن يرسو عليه العطاء .

ملحوظة: جميع المستندات المقدمة لهذا العطاء يجب أن تكون نسخًا (غير قابلة للإرجاع) عدا شهادة الزكاة و الضرائب.

• تقدم العروض في مظاريف مقفولة ومختومة وتوضع في صندوق العطاءات الموجود في  المنظمة بالنيل الابيض كوستي حي  الاندلس  شمال  ملتقي  عيسي  .
• الموعد النهائي للتقديم: الساعة 4:00 مساءً ، التاريخ 31/مارس/2026  
• يتم تقييم العطاء استنادا على قيمة العرض والمستندات المطلوب ارفاقها .
• سيتم تقييم العروض وتقييمها بناءً على الأسعار والمستندات المطلوب إرفاقها .
• المنظمة غير مقيدة بقبول أقل او أعلى عرض ويمكن قبول العرضين أو أحدهما ورفض الاخر .
