Alight, formerly the American Refugee Committee, has empowered displaced communities since 1978. We aim to walk alongside displaced people, co-creating impactful programs and services tailored to their unique needs. Instead of referring to them as "beneficiaries," we proudly call them our "customers," emphasising their agency in shaping decisions that affect their lives. We strive to amplify our global reach and impact with our four affiliates.

Alight Sudan (formerly ARC) is a non‑profit, non‑sectarian humanitarian relief organization that has been operating across Sudan since 2004. We are dedicated to building meaningful lives for the displaced by meeting basic needs and creating opportunities for joy, dignity, connection, and purpose.

Alight Sudan hereby invites your company to submit a quotation for the Provision of Construction Materials as part of the support to the Kassala One‑Stop Center.

Scope of Work:

• Supply of Construction Materials As per BoQ.
• Delivery at: Saudi Hospital– Kassala

Required Documents, Terms & Conditions:

1. Commercial License
2. Company Registration Certificate
3. Tax Certificate
4. Last two years’ work order and references.

Quote validity: Indicated quote validity (minimum: 45 days)

Deadline:  March 10th, 2026 – 15:00 hrs. Sudan Time.

Bid Submitting: The quotation must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly mentioning the RFQ number. The envelope should also be stamped and signed by the bidder and delivered to ALIGHT in 1 of 2 ways:
