Alight, formerly the American Refugee Committee, has empowered displaced communities since 1978. We aim to walk alongside displaced people, co-creating impactful programs and services tailored to their unique needs. Instead of referring to them as "beneficiaries," we proudly call them our "customers," emphasising their agency in shaping decisions that affect their lives. Alight Sudan (Formerly ARC) is a non-profit, non-sectarian humanitarian relief organization, operating across Sudan since 2004. ALIGHT invites by present invitation to RFQ from eligible, qualified, and reputable companies for the Supply of Dignity Kits in Rea Sea and Gadaref State to ALIGHT SUDAN country program.

On behalf of ALIGHT Sudan, I am kindly requesting a quotation for the “Supply of Dignity Kits in Rea Sea and Gadaref ,”  at Alight offices as specified in the Tender Instructions, with prices to be expressed in SDG or USD with delivery to ALIGHT warehouse in Gadaref and in Port Sudan locations are as listed (Kindly find attached).

Note:

Vendor should provide Complete Bank details with same name as Vendor company (Business company name). If there is a sister company account to make payment, it should be clear from the beginning by mentioning in RFQ. Prices quoted should indicate if VAT is inclusive.

Quote validity:

Indicated quote validity (minimum: 45 days)

Deadline: 

February 25th, 2026 – 15:00 hrs. Sudan Time.

The quotation must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly mentioning the RFQ number. The envelope should also be stamped and signed by the bidder and delivered to ALIGHT in 1 of 3 ways:

1. House NO 4-1/17 Daim Hamed Area, Gadaref, Gadaref State , Sudan.
2. House No 77, Block No 17, Almatar Area, Port Sudan, Red Sea State, Sudan.
