   وصف الأعمال:

  تدعو منظمة BFD الشركات والموردين- المقاولين  المؤهلين إلى التقديم بطلب الشراء الخاص توريد وتركيب مبرد مياه كولر الى المرافق الصحية     المستهدفة  بولاية نهر النيل.

  يرجى العلم بأن وثائق طلب الشراء (PR) مرفقة مع الإعلان ، ويجب تعبئتها بالكامل وختم كل ملفات الشراء المرفقة وإرفاقها داخل ظرف مختوم يُكتب عليه    اسم الجهة المتقدمة واسم العطاء.

   المستندات المطلوبة:

1.  شهادة تسجيل تجاري سارية المفعول.
2. في حال انتهاء صلاحية أي من المستندات المطلوبة، يجب إرفاق تعهد رسمي بالتجديد، وإلا سيتم استبعاد العرض في المرحلة الأولى من التقييم.

About the Organization:

BFD (Building Foundation for Development) is a non-profit, non-governmental organization working to promote and implement humanitarian programs in the fields of health, nutrition, education, protection, and other development sectors, aiming to improve the lives of vulnerable communities.

Scope of Work:

BFD invites qualified companies, suppliers, and contractors to submit bids for the purchase request regarding the supply and installation of water coolers to targeted health facilities in River Nile State.

Please note that the Purchase Request (PR) documents are attached with the announcement. They must be fully completed, all attached purchase files must be stamped, and enclosed in a sealed envelope labeled with the bidder's name and the tender name.

Required Documents:

Valid business registration certificate.

If any required document is expired, an official renewal commitment letter must be attached; otherwise, the bid will be disqualified in the first evaluation stage.

Submission of catalogues and technical specifications along with the price offer form (RFQ) is mandatory.

Bids and required documents must be delivered to the organization's office in a sealed envelope.
