Relief International is an international non-profit organization that partners with communities impacted by conflict, climate change and disaster to save lives, build greater resilience and promote long-term health and wellbeing.

Relief International is a 60-year-old international NGO alliance that is the product of mergers and alliances between three organizations. Today, Relief International is comprised of Relief International, Inc., Relief International-France, and Relief International-UK, all of which are led by a single senior leadership team.
Relief International Sudan is a branch of Relief International, Inc. and is registered locally with the Government of Sudan, Federal Humanitarian Aid Commission (HAC) as an International Non-governmental Organization (INGO). The Country Director is responsible for legal issues within Sudan, subject to compliance with Relief International’s legal Standards and other requirements set by Relief International Headquarters.

The following documents must be submitted in a hard copy in a sealed envelope for your Bid to be accepted by the Tender Opening Committee:
The attached RI Bid Form (Annex A) must be completed and submitted in accordance with Annex C.
Technical and financial offer
The attached Tender and Contract Award Acknowledgement Certificate (Annex B) must be completed and be duly signed by an authorized company representative and submitted in accordance with Annex C.
Additional documents that must be submitted with the tender package include Trade License, Company Registration documents, and Tax Registration documents.
Supplier code of conduct must be signed, stamped and submitted with the tender package.
Supplier registration form must be filled, signed, stamped and submitted with the tender package.
Samples of WASH kits will be requested from only vendors that pass the administrative criteria.
Full package of bid documents must be submitted in a sealed envelope; the only information on the envelope should be the following:

Full bid submissions must be submitted in a sealed envelope at RI Port Sudan office, no later than: 2nd March, 2026 at 3:30 PM Local Time. Failure to meet the closing date/time may result in the tender being void.
Returned bids must remain valid for consideration for a period of not less than 90 days from the closing date.
