Alight, formerly the American Refugee Committee, has empowered displaced communities since 1978. We aim to walk alongside displaced people, co-creating impactful programs and services tailored to their unique needs. Instead of referring to them as "beneficiaries," we proudly call them our "customers," emphasising their agency in shaping decisions that affect their lives. TENDER NOTICE 

Supply of Dignity Kits to Eldeain 

REF:/ PR-SDN-ED-2026-073 

Alight Sudan (Formerly ARC) is a non-profit, non-sectarian humanitarian relief organization, operating across Sudan since 2004. ALIGHT invites by present invitation to RFQ from eligible, qualified, and reputable companies for the Supply of Dignity Kits in Eldeain,  East Darfur State to ALIGHT SUDAN country program. On behalf of ALIGHT Sudan, I am kindly requesting a quotation for the “Supply of Dignity Kits in Eldain, East Darfur State,” at Alight Eldain Whare Hosue as specified in the Tender Instructions, with prices to be expressed in SDG with delivery to ALIGHT warehouse in Eldain as listed (Kindly find attached Annex 1).   

Note: Vendor should provide Complete Bank details of SDG with same name as Vendor company (Business company name). If there is a sister company account to make payment, it should be clear from the beginning by mentioning in RFQ. 

Please note that the final payment will be processed in SDG (Sudanese Pounds)

   Required Documents, Terms & Conditions: 

1. Commercial License - Company Registration Certificate, Tax Certificate, Company profile, Last two years’ work order and references. 

2. Indicated quote validity (minimum: 45 days) 

3. Prices quoted should indicate if VAT is inclusive and the currency of payment 

4. Supplier/Vendor should provide Bank details of SDG (Including intermediary Bank) with same name as supplier/vendor company (Business Company Name, if there is a sister company account to make payment, it should be cleared from the beginning. 

5. Delivery Timeline and availability of services Response deadline:   

6. February 22nd , 2026 – 15:00 hrs. Sudan Time. 

The quotation must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly mentioning the RFQ number. The envelope should also be stamped and signed by the bidder and delivered to ALIGHT in 1 of 3 ways: 

1. East Darfur State-Eldaein -Hay Alsafa -East  Darfur State, Sudan. 

2. House No 77, Block No 17, Almatar Area, Port Sudan, Red Sea State, Sudan.
