Medical Teams International, a global health and humanitarian organization providing life-saving health care to people facing crisis, is expanding its vital work in Sudan. With support from key partners, Medical Teams plans to serve people in critical need in Khartoum and West Darfur states. Through these locations and its ongoing presence in White Nile and Gedaref states, Medical Teams plans to reach 1,353,905 beneficiaries.

Medical Teams is currently providing direct health and nutrition services to refugees, internally displaced people, and host communities, serving a catchment population of nearly one million people. Services include mobile healthcare, early detection and screening of acute malnutrition, nutrition surveillance, immunization, health monitoring, capacity-building, mental health support, and community training and awareness.

RFP - Construction Consultant Engineer / Engineering Firm 

Medical Teams International (MTI) operates in high-need areas across Sudan, including White Nile, Gedaref, and Khartoum, where primary health care facilities have been severely impacted by conflict, displacement, and underinvestment.

MTI is implementing multiple health facility rehabilitation and construction projects funded by donors such as UNHCR, IOM, WFP, and SHF, aimed at restoring access to essential medical and nutritional services. These include:

• Primary Health Centers (PHCs)
• Maternal and Child Health Units
• Isolation units for disease outbreaks
• Staff accommodations and support structures etc.

To ensure technical excellence, compliance, and timely delivery, MTI seeks the services of a qualified Consultant Engineer or Engineering Firm to provide end-to-end construction management and oversight.
