ADRA Sudan has been operational in Sudan for over 40 years and currently leads humanitarian assistance efforts in conflict-affected Blue Nile, White Nile and West Darfur States, supporting IDPs, returnees, refugees and host communities. ADRA is also implementing urban programming supporting women projects in Khartoum state.ADRA Sudan’s current areas of programming include food Security and livelihoods, WASH, nutrition, Peace building and Conflict Resolution, Education and protection, with gender Equity and environment mainstreamed.

ADRA invites sealed tenders from licensed, registered, and experienced security service companies to provide professional security services for ADRA office premises located in the following areas:

• Khartoum State
• Blue Nile Region
• White Nile State
• Red Sea State

Scope of Work

The successful bidder will be responsible for providing comprehensive security services, including but not limited to:

• Deployment of trained, uniformed, and vetted security guards
• Protection of office buildings, assets, staff, and visitors
• Access control and visitor management
• Regular patrols and monitoring of premises
• Incident reporting and emergency response
• Compliance with all applicable national laws and regulations

Eligibility Criteria

Interested companies must:

• Be legally registered and licensed to operate as a security service provider in Sudan
• Have proven experience in providing security services for offices or similar facilities
• Have the capacity to deliver services in all the above-mentioned states/regions
• Comply with labor laws, insurance requirements, and other statutory obligations
