The Tender will be issued on 21st January 2026. Bidders can request the tender documents from ops.manager@sdn.ngosafety.org.

Bidders must include all required documents in their bid submission. Completed tender documents must be electronically submitted by email to the address listed in the RFQ.

The tender closes at 23:59 hours Sudan time on 20th February 2026. Late submissions will not be accepted.
INSO will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the bidders in connection with the preparation or submission of their bids to INSO.
