Request For Expression of Interest
Provision of Risk Sharing & Finance Mechanism (RSFM) Technical Assistance Services
(CONSULTING SERVICES – FIRMS)
The Government of Sudan (GoS) has received financing from the African Development Bank (AfDB) in the form of a grant toward the cost of the ENABLE Youth Program design and structuring of a Risk Sharing and Financing Mechanism (RSFM) for the program. Part of the agreed amount of the grant will be applied to payments under the contract for the provision of technical assistance to the institutions participating in implementing the Risk Sharing and Financing Mechanism (RSFM). The RSFM will be implemented under Microfinance Guarantee Agency (Tayseer) which is the RSFM Fund Management Agency (FMA).
The required service under this assignment is conduct the Technical Assistance in order to support the RSFM actors both in the financial and agricultural value chains and raise their capacity and support them to properly implement the RSFM activities. The Consultancy firm will:
The Microfinance Guarantee Agency (Tayseer) now invites eligible consultants to indicate their interest in providing these services. Interested consultants must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (brochures, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff, etc.). Consultants may constitute joint-ventures to enhance their chances of qualification.
Eligibility criteria, the establishment of the short-list, and the selection procedures shall be in accordance with the Government of Sudan Procurement Act, 2010.
Recipients are under no obligation to shortlist any consultant who expresses interest.
