Tender for the Supply of (300) Dignity Kits  Tawila – North Darfur State

HOPE Organization invites qualified suppliers, companies, and business owners to submit financial quotations for the Supply of Dignity  Kits, to be delivered to the organization’s office located in Tawila, North Darfur State.

Submission Requirements:

• A signed and stamped financial quotation invoice must be attached, clearly indicating the delivery period.
• The expiry date of each item must be clearly stated.
• Suppliers must commit to delivery at the specified location.
• Preference will be given to suppliers with previous experience and proven work with organizations in similar fields.
• The organization reserves the right to select the most suitable offer that meets the required specifications, without obligation to accept the lowest or highest price.

Special Conditions:

• All materials are subject to inspection prior to and during delivery to ensure their validity and compliance.
• Supplied materials must fully conform to the required specifications.
• The supplier is responsible for safe transportation and proper delivery of the materials to the designated location as directed by the receiving committee.
• All supplies must be completed within a maximum period of 15 days from the date of notification and contract signing, unless otherwise decided by the committee.
• The receiving committee reserves the right to reject any items that do not meet the required specifications.
• Payment shall be made based on delivery, with 100% of the amount paid after final acceptance of the supplied items.

Required Documents:

• Submission of all official government documents.
• Valid company registration documents.
• All required local registrations and approvals.
• Supporting documents proving the bidder’s eligibility and capacity to perform the work.
• Offers lacking company registration and local approvals will not be considered.

Deadline for Submission:

All quotations must be submitted no later than 2 /2/ 2026 to the HOPE Organization office at the address mentioned above.

منظمة هوب تدعو الموردين المؤهلين والشركات وأصحاب الاعمال التجارية لتقديم عروض مالية لتوريد حقائب الكرامة / طويلة، على أن يتم التسليم في مكتب المنظمة الكائن في
بولاية شمال دارفور / طويلة.

شروط التقديم:

يجب إرفاق فاتورة عرض مالي موقعة ومختومة ومحددة المدة الزمنية للتسليم.

يجب توضيح تاريخ صلاحية كل صنف بوضوح.

يجب على الموردين الالتزام بـ التسليم في الموقع المحدد.

يُفضل أن يكون الموردون لديهم خبرة سابقة واعمال سابق للمنظمات في اعمال مشابه

تحتفظ المنظمة بحقها في اختيار العرض الأنسب والمتوافق مع المواصفات

 المطلوبة، دون أن تكون مقيدة بقبول أدنى أو أعلى الأسعار

الشروط الخاصة:

كل المواد المطلوبة للتوريد تخضع للفحص أولا قبل التوريد والتأكد من صلاحيتها

يجب أن تكون المواد التي يتم توريدها متوافقة تماما مع المواصفات المطلوبة

يجب على المورد ضمان نقل المطلوبات بأمان وبطريقة سليمة وتسليمها في المكان المحدد وفقا ما تراه اللجنة.

يجب استكمال توريد المتطلبات خلال مدة أقصاها 15 ايام من تاريخ الإخطار وتوقيع العقد ما لم تطرأ تغيرات من قبل اللجنة

للجنة التي تشرف على الاستلام رفض أستلام أي منتجات لا تتناسب مع المطلوبات

يتم الدفع بناءً على التسليم، على أن يُسدد 100% بعد استلام الأصناف المطلوبة

تقديم جميع التسجيلات والموافقات المحلية المطلوبة

لن يتم النظر في العروض التي لا تحتوي على مستندات تسجيل الشركة والتسجيلات المحلية

يجب تقديم العروض في موعد أقصاه 2 فبراير  2026 إلى مكتب منظمة هوب في العنوان أعلاه.
