Mercy Corps invites qualified service providers (individual consultants) to submit quotations for the provision of Policy and Advocacy Advisor. This opportunity is a consultancy service and does not constitute an employment position.      

      Type of Engagement: Consultancy 

  Individual consultants may apply based on relevant experience. Company registration is not mandatory for individual applicants.

          Duration:

          The expected duration of the consultancy is five (5) months.

          Applicants should consider any potential field travel requirements when preparing their financial proposals

          Pricing & Taxation:

         Applicants must submit pricing using the Request for Quotation (RFQ) form

         Unit Price refers to the cost per unit of service, while Extended Price refers to the total cost (Unit Price × Quantity).

         All quoted prices must include applicable taxes. The individual rate is 10%.

         Required Documents:

         Applicants must submit one complete package including:

         • Completed RFQ

         • Scope of Work acknowledgment

         • Supplier Information Form

         •  Curriculum Vitae (CV)

         • individual consultant ID

         • Evidence of previous similar assignments

         Submission Deadline:

    All quotations must be submitted no later than January 15, 2026 through Mercy Corps designated submission channels.
