World Relief Sudan is implementing an emergency project under Tearfund which includes Provision of
food commodities (Flour, pulses, oil, and salt) for most vulnerable IDPs in North Darfur. The project
aims to provide basic food commodities to the displaced population a total of 1165 households.

World Relief Sudan (WRS) hereby invites you to submit Tender as per the attached Bidding Form titled ''ITB NO: NDFSL/TFN/01/2026/001'' Provision of Food Commodities -Value -Voucher Modality
North Darfur.
There is a one ITB which lists the type of food commodities required.

The following documents must be submitted in (1) hard copy physical submission in a sealed envelope
(2) Zipped file -email submission Clear named ''NDFSL/TFN/01/2026/001 Provision of Food
Commodities''for your bid to be accepted by the Tender Opening Committee:
1. ITB form should be printed, signed, dated and stamped.
2. All pages of the ITB should be signed and stamped.
3. Ensure no alterations on numbers included in the Price quotation list.
4. No White wash or deletion is accepted on the Price quotation list.
5. Bids should be strictly quoted in SDG only.

Additionally note that:
a) Bidders shall observe the highest standard of ethics during the procurement and execution of
contracts. WR will reject a Bid if it determines that the Bidder recommended for award, has engaged
in corrupt, fraudulent, collusive, or coercive practices in competing for, or in executing, the Contract.
b) Please note that the cost of preparing a bid and of negotiating a contract, including any related travel,
is not reimbursable nor can it be included as a direct cost of the assignment.
c) World Relief Sudan is not committed to award based on the lowest bids.
d) World Relief Sudan reserves the right to refusal of goods that do not meet standards as specified.
Costs of refusal is not an obligation to WR.
